Wow! It is amazing to me that it is one year ago today that Brent and I met Nik for the first time. Read about The meeting to revisit our thoughts and feelings that day. What a difference a year can make. The somewhat apprehensive, yet lovable little boy is now an energetic, happy, and playful 4 year old American boy. Below are pictures of us with him when we met him on August 6, 2012 and a picture of me with him this morning... I even wore the same shirt in honor of our anniversary!
